Site Operative Solutions Limited have an excellent opportunity for Traffic Marshall / Gateman in Swindon

Start date: 17/11

Duration: 6 months

For this role, Traffic Marshall / Gateman would be undertaking the following duties:

• The Traffic Marshal/Gate Man is responsible for safely directing vehicle and pedestrian movement on and around the construction site entrance.
•  They will manage gate access, ensure site security, and support the smooth and safe flow of traffic, deliveries, visitors, and construction vehicles.
• Direct and control vehicle movement in and out of the construction site. Safely guide delivery vehicles, cranes, and heavy equipment using standard hand signals and communication tools.
•  Ensure safe pedestrian access around site entry points. Set up, monitor, and maintain traffic routes, signage, barriers, and cones as required.

All Traffic Marshall / Gateman on this project must have:

• Traffic Marshall card CPCS or NPORS
• CSCS
• Must be happy to be umbrella payment 

Rates & Shift pattern:

£17-18 per hour (07:30 – 17:00, Mon – Fri. Overtime available)
