Supervisor – Location: [Ruislip – Duration: 3 months

Start date: ASAP, Duration: 3 months 

• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.
• Manage and coordinate the site team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
• Monitor site safety standards, conduct regular inspections, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Looking after mainly shuttering carpenters on site and other trades. 

• 12 hour shifts - 7 days 3 days off

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably with supervision experience on similar projects, ideally Shuttering carpenters. 
• Must have CSCS and SSSTS. 
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
