Site Manager Modular Build Fit Out position based in Shrewsbury 

An exciting opportunity for a Experienced Site Manager  with a leading Modular Build company.

The position starts on immediately for a suitably skilled applicant. Site hours 7am to 5pm - approx.  3 months duration

Duties

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities related to fit out or modular build projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and liaise with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Lead daily site operations, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within fit out or modular build projects.
• Relevant construction qualifications, such as SMSTS or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and organisation abilities.
