Site Manager - Groundworks role based in Milton Keynes
SOS group are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager - with history of successfully managing Groundwork projects for a new Modular build scheme on Milton Keynes
Start date: Immediate for suitable applicant . This is a contract role with an expected duration of 3 months +
Duties
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the client to maintain seamless communication and workflow.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed across the site.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager overseeing Groundwork projects, ideally within a modular build environment.
- Hold relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS accreditation.
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills with a strong focus on safety standards.
