The role starts on 02/02/2026 and is expected to last for 1 year

• Manage all commercial aspects of the project including cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyse subcontractor and supplier orders, bids, and negotiations.
• Ensure project compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Contract Quantity Surveyor within the construction sector.
• Relevant qualifications such as RICS accreditation or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of NEC or JCT contract procedures and good proficiency in commercial tools.

Hours 8am- 5:30pm, Mon- Fri
