Site Operative Solutions Ltd are looking for a Quantity Surveyor in Clydach, Swansea! 

This is a Hybrid role, working 2/3 days from home per week. 

Duties and Responsibilities Include: 

• Build a strong relationship with client counterparts. 
• Ensure all processes are followed to minimise WIP (outstanding cash) and keep WIP within the contract and business target. 
• Ensure cash is received on time at forecast level. 
• Support the production of Monthly CVR's. 
• Manage and price change within the terms of the contract. 
• Provide support for pricing contracts collaborating closely with the client. 
• Support the procurement and management of sub-contractors and other suppliers. 
• To develop and implement changes to process, following understanding of a need to amend improve performance. 
• Produce and present productivity measures linked to the operations resource to ensure tender compliance qualifications. 

A successful candidate should have a degree in Commercial Management/ Quantity Surveying or other construction related subject. 

Hours Include: 08:00 - 16:30. 

Rate: £31.02 per hour.
