Quantity Surveyor 

A well-regarded and established Rail company is looking to appoint a Contract Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor and have particular experience in Mechanical and Electrical (M&E). The role will be based out of their Kingcross Office, and will include working on site as and when required. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of projects
• Pre and post contract duties
• New business procurement
• Prepare material and project labour estimates
• Manage subcontractor accounts and progress claim
• Ensure financial compliance

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of 5 years related experience
• In-depth knowledge of M&E
• NEC Contract experience
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work as part of a team
