Site Operative Solutions Ltd are looking for a Plumber (preferred gas safe registered) to join our clients growing team. 

Our client deals with Social Housing and Private Projects in North and East London. 

Key Responsibilities:

▪    Carry out pre and post inspections of all types of gas safe/plumbing works
▪    Issuing test certificates
▪    Providing technical assistance to the wider team
▪    Complete works in a timely and cost-effective manner
▪    Maintain accurate records of costs and changes to ensure profitability on works
▪    Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders whilst maintaining set operational standards throughout all sites,                   feedback any relevant information to the team

Requirements:

▪    NVQ level 3 and above
▪    Gas Safe Registration (preferred) 
▪    Supervisory experience
▪    UK driving licence
▪    Experience of working within the social housing sector

Salary ranges from: 

NVQ Level 3 Plumber - £34,000 - £38,000. 

Gas Safe Registered Plumber - £40,000- £45,000.
