Site Operative Solutions Limited have an excellent permanent opportunity for a Mulit-Trade Operative to join a property solutions company.

This is a fantastic chance to secure a new role with an established company who carry out residential works for the local council.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of relevant Health and Safety
• Multi-skilled and able to undertake work across more than one trade
• Holder of relevant current construction skills certification scheme CSCS site operative card
• Full driving licence as a work van will be provided
• City and Guilds qualification up to (NVQ level 3)

Rates & Shift Pattern:

• Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:00pm.
• £32,000- £35,000 (depending on experience)
