Start Date: 21st September 2026, Duration: 8 - 10 weeks

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical installation of AC fan coil units in occupied properties, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Produce shift reports 
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Proven experience as a Site Manager specialising in mechanical projects, with relevant qualifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong understanding of health & safety regulations.
• Relevant certifications Managers CSCS + SMSTS, and proficiency with site management tools.

Shift rate - £400 - £425
