Exciting opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Mechanical Contracts Manager based in London to join a respected mechanical company on a permanent basis.

• Oversee and manage multiple mechanical contracting projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver efficient project execution and resolve any technical or operational issues.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Proven experience in managing mechanical projects and contracts within the Office Fit out sector.
• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• Experience with project management tools and a recognised health & safety certification
