Site Operative Solutions Limited have an excellent opportunity for a HR Business Partner in Heathrow

This role is working for a Mechanical and Electrical Contractor who are looking for HR Business Partner working on an aviation project.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 12-month FTC

For this role, HR Business Partner would be undertaking the following duties:

• Actively promote and comply with the client’s health and safety policies.
• Provide support, guidance and advice tor project management team on all people and culture matters.
• Oversee, manage and advise on learning and development across the project.
• Proven planner who leads by example and promotes a sense of energy and maintains excellent working relationships

The HR Business Partner on this project must have:

• Proven experience in HR Business Partnering/ Advisory roles
• CIPD or equivalent experience

Rates & Shift pattern:

Competitive Salary

Mon-Fri,  9am- 5pm
