Responsibilities:

• Managing all estimating aspects of projects, technical queries, negotiation, Contract Sum Analysis and Pre-Start processes. 

• Ensuring accurate take offs, bids and technical knowledge.  

• Working closely with Contract Managers, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure competitive pricing and excellent customer service is delivered.

• Identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices

• Supporting compliance with all relevant regulatory, contractual, and safety standards

Experience 

• Proven experience as an Estimator, preferably within drylining or M&E sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction costs, tendering processes, and relevant industry standards.
• Excellent organisational skills, with proficiency in estimation software and tools.

The role offers a competitive salary, along with a company bonus scheme. This is an office based in Essex with site visits/ client meetings as and when required.
