Start Date: Immediate - Permanent role
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems within social housing properties, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct inspections, troubleshoot electrical issues, and undertake necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Collaborate with property managers and other trades to deliver efficient electrical services.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience working within social housing environments.
- Full UK driving licence and own trade tools.
- 2391 Testing (advantageous)
Salary- £45k- £50k
Mon- Fri- 08:00am - 17:00pm
