Site Operative Solutions Ltd is partnering with a reputable client to find an experienced Chargehand, for a large Industrial project based just outside of Braintree. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical teams on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
• Assist in planning and executing electrical installation projects.
• Provide expert guidance and support to team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chargehand in electrical works.
• Valid JIB Gold card
• Valid SSSTS 
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
